X-2055 paint guns liquid

1. Meets the requirements of the American specification MIL-R-83936 A
Type I class II and Type II class II.
2. Corrodes all types of paints, as well as epoxy
paints and polyurethanes.
3. It is safe on aluminum, magnesium, cadmium, iron and generally on
all metals. Does not attack anodizing.
4. Effectively removes combustion residues (carbon deposits)
from pistons – valves – injectors, cylinder heads, etc.
How to use.
The product is used only by immersion and at ambient
temperature.
The objects are placed in the liquid and care is taken to ensure that
they are completely immersed in the bottom layer, which is also the
active layer.
The top layer, which contains metal corrosion inhibitors, special additives, catalysts, etc., among other things, prevents the evaporation of the volatile solvent of the bottom layer, which is the active one.
When used for paint removal, the objects are left until the paint swells.
For paint guns 3-10 minutes.
For disassembled carburetors 10-15 minutes.
For engines, caps, valves, pistons, injectors, etc., the residence time
depends on the thickness of the carbonization (usually 2-6 hours).
For car and motorcycle pistons up to 24 hours.
For difficult cases, it may be necessary to leave the objects in the solution for 24 hours.
This is followed by rinsing with water under pressure.
Precautions.
Contains phenol and chlorinated hydrocarbons and therefore
contact with eyes and skin should be avoided.
In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
