ECOCLEAN X

PRODUCT USES

ECOCLEAN can be used for many different purposes in different rates of dilution. It

has many general cleaning and degreasing applications such as grease removal, oil,

sludge, carbon deposits, general dirt, vegetable and animal oils.

Also can be used as a filter cleaner, deck cleaner and engine room cleaner. After its

use it de-emulsifies in the bilges or sloptanks. Suitable for use with oil/water

separators.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE

ECOCLEAN X as a general cleaner–degreaser can be used neat or diluted from 1–20

parts of water according to the type and amount of soil. After the use bilge slops must

be allowed to separate for at least 3 hours before being treated in oil water separator.

ECOCLEAN X as cargo tank cleaner:

1. a) With tank washing machines the dosage rate is between 0.5 – 1%.
2. b) By recirculation method a solution of between 3 – 4% should clean up

to 3 – 4 tanks depending on the contamination.

1. c) Spot cleaning ECOCLEAN X can be used by hand spraying neat or diluted

from 1 – 5 parts water. Use the solution onto surface for cleaning up to

20 – 30 minutes.

For best cleaning results use heated water between 40 °C – 50 °C.

The above proportions are indicative and can change depending to the type of the

soil and the temperature of the solution.
