X-TIL is a very strong cleaner ideal for absorptive and non-absorptive tiles and tile-grouts.
It canremove remains from building work (cement, joint fillers, plaster, plastic paint etc.) as well as accumulated and persistent stains (grease, coffee, oil, salts, urine from domestic animals, stains from static waters etc.).
Restores the original look of the surface.

PROPERTIES
Powerful cleaner for removing construction residues.
Dissolves and removes residues from excess grouts, tile adhesives and cements that were created during the application stages.
Thoroughly cleans and removes stains from oils, coffee, drinks, lime, emulsion paints, rust etc.
With minimal scrubbing, it removes pollutants accumulated over time in the grout joints, making their colors more vibrant.

APPLICATIONS
Χ TIL CLEANER works within minutes on walls and floors lined with ceramic tiles or sealed granite. Use the cleaner only after allowing at least for 15 days to pass from the grouting completion.
It easily removes construction residues from tools.

USE
Open doors and windows to prevent vapour accumulation. Protect eyes and hands using goggles and rubber gloves, respectively.
Remove astainless steel utensils from the application, and adjacent, areas. Protect all non removable items, such as bathroom faucets, stainless steel sinks and anything else of similar materials, using plastic sheething to cover everything up.
This precautionary action will prevent oxidation of the materials from the vapours.
It is highly advisable to test the product on a tile, before applying it to the surface (preventively).
This is to avoid any possible corrosion or discoloration that very rarely occurs in exceptionally limited types of tiles.

Application
The tile cleaner is applied undiluted to the surface.
Using a stiff broom or a scrubbing sponge, scrub for 2-3 minutes and rinse with water thoroughly.
Follow the same procedure to revitalize the color of stable and sound grouts.

LIMITATION OF USE
The product is not recommended for cleaning decorative tiles, marble, any limestone and sanitary fixtures.
